THE FUNCTIONS OF LSA
These are the services that are offered to Group companies by several functions. The functions include Finance Directorate, Internal Auditor, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations and ICT.

- Provision of strategic direction to the subsidiaries.
- Investigating potential areas for investment.
- Provision of Group Internal Audit Services.
- Provision of Financial Controls to the Group including vetting capital expenditure and monitoring budgets.
